Yes. Ample parking is available within 6 ft. of entrance. 

Yes. There is a single step into the office, and a ramp can be set up if arranged in advance.

Art of Connection Counseling does not take insurance but does accept credit card payments and some HSA payments. AOC also offers payment arrangements and package discounts if planned in advance.

Yes! Online counseling services are available via confidential phone and Zoom.

Schedule a 20-minute introductory session to learn more about AOC counseling services, package deals, and more. Generally, sessions are 60 minutes in length, but shorter and longer options are available.

Art of Connection Counseling offers Relationship and Marriage Counseling, Life and Communication Coaching, Individual Counseling, and Healing Family Circles. Sessions are tailored to clients’ specific needs, addressing issues such as relationship challenges, communication breakdowns, life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief (including from divorce/relationship loss), and more.

Besides healing conversations, Coach Ingrid provides somatic/body-based practices, EMDR, Nonviolent Communication, creative problem-solving, and a step-by-step roadmap to transform conversations, improve relationships, and bring you closer to the life you desire.

Every couple is different. Some find meaningful progress after a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support. Coach Ingrid will discuss goals and frequency during your first appointment, as well as packages and payment options.

Life Coaching can address anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, and personal growth. It’s also helpful for individuals navigating relationship challenges and seeking better emotional regulation and stress reduction. 

Somatic Approaches integrate mindfulness and body awareness with traditional talk counseling. These tools, which include EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping, the Process of Attunement, Living Inquiries, and breath work, help clients connect to themselves and each other at a deeper level.
