Background
Ingrid says: “As a young person, I suffered from anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. Though close knit and loving, my family faced addiction issues and relational strife. Overcoming these negative patterns has been my life’s quest; in the process I’ve honed the art of healthy, conscious living and joyful relationship. My personal journey has inspired my passion to share these breakthrough tools with others, tools I’ve learned from the inside out”.
Besides her passion for personal growth and positive psychology, Ingrid is a community organizer and co-founder of Bloomington Peace Week: Giving People Tools to Make Peace. She is a lifelong animal welfare advocate and rescuer, and a devotee of Dr. Riane Eisler and her Partnerism movement, see https://centerforpartnership.org/
