A lifelong animal rescuer, Ingrid has assisted at the passings of many animal companions as well as dearly-loved humans. Using heart-centered practices, healing conversations, and personalized rituals, she specializes in preparing dying persons and their loved ones for meaningful death, and assists in processing painful, at times overwhelming, emotions.

As a Communication Coach, Ingrid Skoog delivers practical, transformational tools for enhancing both listening and expression in interpersonal relationships as well as in professional settings. Besides upleveling conversations, Coach Ingrid builds deeper understanding through awareness of body language, safety cues, and co-regulation. She provides a 4-step process for streamlining heart-based communication and helps couples, individuals, and teams discover the language of feelings and needs.

Mindfulness-based Techniques & Living Inquiries

Coach Ingrid is a certified practitioner of the Living Inquiries Approach to personal growth and healing. Through L.I. and mindfulness techniques, she teaches clients how to anchor spiraling thoughts, anxiety, dread, and performance anxiety (including ED), into the freedom of full presence and peace. Attuning to the guideposts of their own senses: memories, visions, and felt sensations, clients will uncover inner wisdom, calm, and the answers already within.

Energy Healing

Perhaps you’re wondering whether a therapeutic experience “beyond words” might offer you deeper comfort and insight?
